Dear Liven Elle,

I will keep this one short and simple.

I have gone through six miscarriages, my husband left me two years ago, I was homeless for four months, broke and alone, but guess what… I’m still standing.

I’m sharing this, not for pity, but because life goes on and those chapters of my life do not entirely define me. They’ve contributed to the woman I have become, but they’re only a chapter of my story.

I’ve survived, and I’m sure I can re-write my story. I’m sure I’ll eventually meet someone great, grow my savings, buy a home, and be blessed with at least one baby, one day.
