About

Raw storytelling. Honest dilemma-sharing. Real women, real experiences.

Liven Elle

/ˈlaɪvən ɛl/

Every woman has a story, some beautiful, some messy, some so wild they sound like fiction. Welcome to Liven Elle, a space to share those untold stories, the dilemmas, the heartbreaks, the triumphs and the unbelievable twists of fate that shape real lives. Here, you will find raw and unfiltered experiences from everyday women. Whether it’s a survival story that defies the odds, a moral dilemma with no easy answer or a confession too embarrassing for the group chat, the philosophy behind Liven Elle is to highlight the power of storytelling to connect, inspire and remind us that we’re never truly alone.

Why “Liven Elle”?

The goal is for you to feel empowered to liven up a part of yourself that’s been silent for too long. The story you never told, or only to a few people; the truth you kept to yourself, the experience that shaped you but stayed locked away… This is a space to bring it to life. Because sometimes, sharing it is the first step to reclaiming your voice. “Elle” being the French for “She”, is a reminder that this space is made for women, by women.

Meet Waïki

Hey, I’m Waïki. I founded this platform in early 2025, and took a long time before birthing it and allowing it to be seen. It is essentially a gateway to vulnerability and openness. As a mother, wife and career woman, I know that there are many stories we hold deep within us and are afraid to tell, but want to tell. Finding our voices as women can sometimes feel daunting – we feel we may be judged (sometimes fairly, but very often unfairly), criticised or labelled. Some stories carry shame and guilt but being able to tell them is often the first step to freeing ourselves. I am honoured and excited to finally open up this space, and I hope as many women as possible will engage with it, lovingly and respectfully.
